I spoke to mark early this morning , 12pm Kathmandu time. All are well. They were just about to start the journey to the roads end, this will take them 7 hours on a little bus, they will then camp before starting on foot tomorrow to the village.

Wishing the troop all the best on their trek. We've heard from Marilyn today, she says she's chilling out before the helicopter trip around Mount Everest tomorrow morning.
